He has written 33 books and 100 journal articles on tourism and leisure. His consultancy experience covers all fields including research, strategic planning, crisis management and feasibility analysis and trend prediction. Stephen has worked throughout Europe, Asia and the Pacific, most recently for the United Nations World Tourism Organisation and the Organisation for Cooperation and Development. |

Tonia WilliamsB.Arch NZIA Tonia joins the Visitor Solutions team, bringing with her more than 20 years architecture and urban design experience across a wide range of New Zealand and International sports, leisure, and community projects. A former World and European Champion rower, her passion lies in providing innovative design solutions for sports, recreation and community facilities. She believes the creation of collaborative and inclusive project teams is critical to achieving a clear understanding of all project drivers, the development of a robust project brief, and the derivation of quality outcomes. |
